At Tutus With A Purpose, our program are designed to uplift, educate and empower young girls and women through mentorship, services, resources and hands on learning experiences.
PURPOSE OVER PRESSURE POP GIRLS
Purpose Over Pressure (POP Girls) is a signature mentorship program by Tutus With A Purpose created for girls ages 13–17. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free sisterhood where teen girls can be heard, build genuine friendships, strengthen their confidence, and develop the life skills needed to thrive.
Through mentorship, meaningful conversations, hands-on activities, leadership development, and emotional wellness, POP Girls equips young ladies with the tools to navigate peer pressure, social media, relationships, and everyday challenges with confidence and purpose.
We believe every girl deserves a place where she feels seen, valued, and empowered to become the woman she was created to be. Our goal is to help each participant choose purpose over pressure, embrace her unique gifts, and grow into a confident leader at home, in school, and within her community.

As part of our commitment to empowering young girls to become compassionate and engaged community members, our mentoring program organizes a variety of community service projects throughout the year. These projects provide participants with opportunities to make a positive impact, develop leadership skills, and cultivate a sense of responsibility towards others. By giving back to the community, our girls learn the importance of service, empathy, and social responsibility.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Tutu Drives is a community initiative dedicated to supporting young women and girls by providing them with the everyday essentials they need to thrive. From hygiene products to school supplies, our drive aims to alleviate the financial burden on families and ensure that every young woman has access to the essentials necessary for their well-being and success.
Through partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations, Tutu Drives collects donations of hygiene products, menstrual supplies, toiletries, clothing, and other essential items. These donations are then distributed to young women and girls in need, whether they are facing economic hardship, homelessness, or other challenges.

Our arts and crafts workshops provide a space for participants to unleash their creativity, explore different art forms, and develop their artistic talents. From painting and drawing to pottery and jewelry-making, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Empowerment Workshops
Empowerment workshops are designed to inspire and uplift participants, helping them build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem. Through interactive activities, group discussions, and personal reflection, women and girls discover their inner strength, overcome self-doubt, and embrace their unique potential.
Tutus with a Purpose workshops are facilitated by experienced instructors, mentors, and guest speakers who are passionate about empowering women and girls.
